4. The Law of Patience
Between the time of sowing and the time of harvesting, there is always a waiting period. A clever farmer will not sow the seed into the ground today and dig it up the next day. He waits until it is time to harvest the fruits. In between, he has to fertilise and water the seeds. (more…)

3. The Law Of Proportion
The seed of the harvest is determined by the size of the seed. Paul taught in 2 Corinthians 9:6, “whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly and whoever sows generously will also reap generously…”
Therefore, if you sow the seeds of anger, you will reap the harvest of anger. The more seeds of anger you sow, the greater the harvest of anger and rage. If you sow the seeds of generosity, you will reap the harvest of generosity. Similarly, the more seeds of generosity you sow, the greater is the harvest of generosity. (more…)

2. The Law of Planting
In the Law of Planting, the farmer must plant the seed first into the ground otherwise there will be no harvest. The same applies in the law of financial abundance. There is an order and a sequence.
2 Corinthians 9:10-11, it says, “now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness.”
This is a promise from God that He will supply all our seeds (all our needs). Not only that, He will supply what is needed to grow the seeds. He will continue to increase the supply of seeds. The harvests will be plentiful for He is the one to enlarge the size of the harvests. (more…)

There are six laws of Abundance that the Bible talks about – the 6 Ps of Abundance.
1. The Law of Priority
2. The Law of Planting
3. The Law of Proportion
4. The Law of Patience
5. The Law of Prosperity
6. The Law of Purpose
1. The Law of Priority
Matthew 6:33 says, “But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.”
The word “seek first” means there is a priority, there is an order. Jesus is not saying that material things are not important. He is not saying that we should forget about everything else, drop all things and just focus on the kingdom of God alone. What Jesus is saying here is we must put our priority right. The priority of seeking God and His righteousness must come first before all things, before men’s plans, or before material wealth. Discipleship demands us to put God first before all things including money and materials. (more…)

I do not know about you but there are times in my life where I wonder whether money is really important and the only source to my survival in this world, to move from one day to another, to pay for all my bills, to feed my family, and etc. There are times when I have to make some important decisions as to whether to forego all the potential of earning some big income over time loss with my family. Do I give all 10% of my income to tithing or use it for paying my expenses? I am sure God will understand if I don’t give my tithe this month. All these are questions that have rambled through my mind in the past until I found out what God has to say about money, tithing and the purpose they serve. Seek the truth and the truth shall set you free. May this article sow the truth and purpose of tithing beyond just giving back to God what He has given us in the first place. (more…)
